IRCS declares the continued flow of its humanitarian assistance to Anbar governorate via number of land roads . Thus , that the emergency teams of IRCS can access to Falluja city and distributing humanitarian to civilians . The assistant secretary general , Mohammed Al-Kuza’e commented on that by saying : “ IRCS emergency teams can access to Falluja and distributing food and relief assistance to number families despite the difficult security situation inside and outside the city , in addition to a number of volunteers from the city whom join us in distributing assistance.
He also added : “ the number of displaced families reached more 13,000 family whom displaced from Falluja to its outskirts , most of these families live in schools and public building , he also said : “ that the assistance that IRCS present , not only for displaced people but also for the civilian inside the city as a result of hard humanitarian situation and the increasing needs Falluja , it must be mentioned that our teams present three assistance to 8,000 families through the past three days in different areas of Anbar and IRCS also presents first aid assistance by its first aiders inside Ramadi and Falluja in addition to humanitarian assistance to more than 100 family in Amiriyat al-Falluja despite the difficult security situation and still presenting humanitarian relief assistance to displaced people in this place .
