IRCS distributes more than 850 food parcels and relief assistance for the displaced families in different areas of Baghdad

The Iraqi Red Crescent Society (IRCS) continues to provide food and relief assistance to the displaced families in a various regions of Iraq. Teams from IRCS/Baghdad branch distributes more than 850 food parcels and relief items (blankets and health kit) to more than 800 displaced families in different parts of the capital Baghdad.
The stuff of IRCS/Baghdad branch distributed 50 food parcels and relief to the families who visiting the branch, as well as they distributed about 15 food parcels and relief items for the displaced families in Al-Salhia area.
The above mentioned staff also distributed 800 food parcels and relief in the areas of (Hay Al-jamea’a, Abu Ghuraib, Brotherhood Turkmen Center, Al-Tarmeea and Al-Rashedia), these distributions were done according to surveys carried out by teams from IRCS deployed in these areas to cover the needs of the displaced families like food and relief.
