Iraqi Red Crescent Society An independent national humanitarian society that works to reduce the suffering and pain of people without discrimination during the peace and war , natural disasters and non-natural disasters , it is also considered one of the most activist societies in the international movement of Red Cross and Red Crescent.
As a part of humanitarian assistance which IRCS presents to Syrian refugees internally and externally , IRCS distributes school uniforms to 3000 refugee Syrian pupils in Dumez camp where IRCS staff distributes the uniforms to the pupils in their school , this comes as a step to alleviate the suffering of Syrian families who dwells in Dumez in Duhok governorate as well as to draw delight on the face of children and this what IRCS seeks for as a humanitarian act .
The IRCS staff also organized psychological support workshops for pupils to lift their morale to do their homework
