Iraqi Red Crescent Society An independent national humanitarian society that works to reduce the suffering and pain of people without discrimination during the peace and war , natural disasters and non-natural disasters , it is also considered one of the most activist societies in the international movement of Red Cross and Red Crescent.
Iraqi Red Crescent Society declared increasing the number of displaced families from (Neainawa , Salaheldin, and Kirkuk governorates) for more than (90) thousands family. Mohammed Alquzae / Assistant of general secretary said : “ IRCS team registered increasing the number of displaced families reached to more than (90) thousands family in different areas of ( Neainawa , Salaheldin, Kirkuk and Deyala governorates ) to north of governorates and some of southern governorates”.
And he added : “ the families are still displaced from Neainawa , Salaheldin, Kirkuk and Deyala governorates and other governorates, number of displaced families from Salaheldin reached to (650) family as for as (320) persons , in Deyala number of displaced families from Dely Abbas and Khanaken reached to ( 2500) family as for as (12500) persons, number of displaced families from Kirkuk governorate reached to more than (3500) family as for as ( 10000) ten thousands persons , on the other hand in southern governorates number of displaced families reached to more than (11000) thousands family , distributed between ( Kerbala, Al-najaf, Al-samawa, Al-Dewania and Waset), Al-quzae said ,’’ thousands of families living in harsh humanitarian situations within increasing food and health need , the IRCS distributed food parcels for more than (160, 000) persons and IRCS teams are still present the humanitarian aids.
