IRCS organized health campaigns against communicable diseases in Baghdad

IRCS has implemented several health campaigns to raise awareness of cancerous diseases , cholera , and typhoid diseases in Baghdad and other governorates . The campaigns included lectures on dieases, the ways of infection , and the prevention from them and they ( campaigns ) covered the state employees , IRCS employees and volunteers , civil community organizations , school students , and illiteracy classes . As well as to that diseases subjects that have been discussed ; the lectures also included awareness subjects about the public and personal cleanness ; these lectures attended by employees of Iraq charity society , civil community organizations , and a number of civilians ( the beneficiaries reached 50 ) .

The are also other awareness lectures in different places like lectures on typhoid disease to persons with disabilities in Adhamiya area , lectures on the early detection of breast cancer in illiteracy classes ( the beneficiaries were 37 ) , and lectures on the risk of addiction and smoking in IRCS / Al-Sader and Al-Mada’en bureaus ( the number of beneficiaries reached 175 ) .
