Iraqi Red Crescent Society An independent national humanitarian society that works to reduce the suffering and pain of people without discrimination during the peace and war , natural disasters and non-natural disasters , it is also considered one of the most activist societies in the international movement of Red Cross and Red Crescent.
IRCS / Diyala branch has declared organizing a celebration on occasion of “ The universal orphan day “in Al-Khaless district with cooperating of Diyala health directorate which supervising on vaccination campaigns in the governorate , as well as to the celebration the branch presenting humanitarian assistance and gifts to orphans , the number of beneficiaries reached 110 child . in the same time the branch has organized first aid course for 20 volunteer including identifying first aid principles and how to treat hemorrhage cases , Suffocation , Wounds , Artificial respiration , and Fractures . in addition to vaccination campaigns supervision against polio in Baqupa .
