IRCS sends Emergency Assistance to the beleaguered people in the city of Al-Baghdadey at Al-Anbar

The Iraqi Red Crescent Society (IRCS) has sent Urgent Emergency Assistance to the area of Al-Baghdadey at Al-Anbar by air.
The Assistant Secretary General for IRCS Mr.Mohammed Al-Khuzai said that “IRCS send more than 10 tons of food assistance and emergency relief to Al-Baghdady area by air”.
Al-Khuzai pointed out “that the region is witnessing difficult humanitarian situations as a result of the siege since five days, while nearly 1,200 families living in difficult inhumane conditions inside the neighborhood, and that a number of the wounded has died due to the lack of treatment”.
He also explained that “The humanitarian assistance of IRCS includes more than 10 tons of food and relief which will arrive today to the city by air.
